Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Wallet at wallet.pact.sh, including the agent skill, MCP server, API registry, card-funded credits, and provider execution gateway.
Service
Wallet helps an AI agent discover and call third-party APIs. Availability, output quality, latency, and provider pricing can change. Wallet may block or remove a provider when its contract, safety, legality, or payment status is uncertain.
Credits and billing
Wallet credits are prepaid, closed-loop service credits. They are not money, stored value, cryptocurrency, or a bank account; they cannot be transferred or withdrawn. Stripe processes card payments. A successful provider result captures the disclosed credits. A confirmed provider failure releases the reservation. Dynamic-price operations show a maximum before execution.
Subscriptions
The Builder plan renews monthly until cancelled. Each paid renewal adds the credits shown at checkout. You may cancel future renewals through the Stripe billing link or by contacting hello@pact.sh.
Your instructions
You are responsible for the tasks, data, recipients, and actions you authorize. Do not use Wallet for illegal activity, abuse, spam, unauthorized surveillance, credential theft, sanctions evasion, or infringement. Do not submit secrets or sensitive personal data unless the selected provider needs them and you are authorized to disclose them.
Third-party services
Provider results and payment rails are supplied by third parties, including x402 and MPP services. Their terms and privacy notices may also apply. Wallet does not guarantee that a third-party result is accurate or fit for a high-stakes decision.
Service changes and liability
Wallet may change the registry, prices, safeguards, and service limits with reasonable notice when practicable. To the extent permitted by law, Wallet is provided without warranties and liability is limited to the amount you paid Wallet in the prior three months. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.
