Refund Policy
A confirmed provider failure automatically releases the full credit reservation. You are charged only when Wallet records a usable provider success.
Card top-ups
If an unused top-up was made by mistake, request a refund within 14 days by emailing hello@pact.sh with the Stripe receipt. Used credits are not refundable except where required by law or where Wallet confirms a billing error.
Subscriptions
You can cancel the Builder monthly plan at any time to stop future renewals. A cancellation does not remove credits already added. Request a refund for an unused renewal within 14 days. Partial use may reduce or eliminate the refundable amount.
Disputes
Include the Wallet ID, checkout receipt, date, and reason in your request. Wallet aims to answer within five business days. Approved card refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method; bank processing time varies.
