W WALLET

EFFECTIVE JULY 14, 2026

Privacy Notice

Wallet collects the minimum account, payment, execution, and product analytics data needed to fund an agent, call a provider, prevent duplicate charges, and support users.

Data we process

Wallet stores an agent name, optional email, Wallet identifier, hashed access token, credit balance, Stripe customer and transaction references, provider and capability identifiers, request hashes, credit reservations, results needed for receipts, status, and timestamps. Raw Wallet tokens are returned once and are not stored.

Task and provider data

Inputs submitted for execution are sent to the selected third-party provider. Wallet stores a cryptographic request hash in its ledger and the normalized provider response needed to return the result and resolve billing disputes. Do not submit data you are not authorized to share.

Payments and analytics

Stripe processes card and subscription data; Wallet does not receive full card numbers. Amplitude receives pseudonymous page and funnel events such as visits, API recommendations, checkout starts, successful funding, and execution outcomes. Wallet does not send raw task inputs or provider results to Amplitude.

Use and retention

Data is used to provide the service, secure accounts, reconcile charges, measure reliability, comply with law, and answer support requests. Ledger and transaction records are kept as long as needed for service, security, accounting, and legal obligations. Operational logs and analytics are retained according to the configured provider policies.

Sharing and rights

Data is shared only with the provider selected for a task, payment and analytics processors, infrastructure vendors, advisers under confidentiality duties, or authorities when legally required. To request access, correction, deletion, or export, email hello@pact.sh. Some transaction records may need to be retained by law.
